On the afternoon of May 8, 2026, at Viettel Software, the technology talkshow “Reimagining Software Delivery with Agentic AI – Tái định hình quy trình phát triển phần mềm với Agentic AI” took place with the participation of leaders, technical managers, software engineers, the technology community, and representatives from universities and academies across the country.
The program was co-organized by Viettel Software and Microsoft, in the context of artificial intelligence driving significant changes in the software development process, from supporting source code writing, testing, documentation, and logic optimization to automating repetitive tasks in software production.
In particular, the program was honored to welcome the in-person attendance of Dr. Phạm Văn Hà – Vice Rector of the School of Information and Communications Technology, Hanoi University of Industry, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trần Đăng Hưng – Head of the Faculty of Software Technology, School of Information and Communications Technology, Hanoi University of Industry.
At the online bridge point of the School of Information and Communications Technology – Thai Nguyen University, the program was honored to have the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phùng Trung Nghĩa – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the School; Dr. Đỗ Đình Cường – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of the School, and Director of the Center for Admissions Communications; together with leaders of units, faculties, institutes, and departments, lecturers, and more than 100 students who registered to join Viettel Software’s internship program.
In addition, the talkshow also welcomed online participation from lecturers and students from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, East Asia University of Technology, and many other universities across the country.

At the program, speakers from Microsoft and Viettel Software shared in-depth and practical insights into the trend of applying AI in software development. Key topics included Vibe Coding, best practices with GitHub Copilot, specification-driven software development, measuring AI investment effectiveness, and how Viettel Software is gradually deploying AI across the entire software development lifecycle.
Beyond professional presentations, the talkshow also created an open forum for discussion among experts, technology engineers, lecturers, and students. Many practical questions were raised and discussed, focusing on how to enable AI to properly understand requirements, how to apply AI effectively in daily work, and what transformations are needed for AI to truly become part of the enterprise software production process.
