Final Round of the Digital Era Creative Innovation Competition 2026
The Digital Era Creative Innovation Competition 2026 – Next-Gen Software Design: The AI Revolution was organized by the School of Information and Communications Technology, Hanoi University of Industry. The competition aims to build an innovation ecosystem within the student community and promote technology ideas with practical application potential in the digital era.
With the theme “Next-Gen Software Design: The AI Revolution”, the competition focused on a wide range of high-potential fields, including artificial intelligence, big data, AI applications in education, smart cities, green technology, e-commerce, and technology solutions serving the community. It served as a platform for technology students to demonstrate their creative thinking, solution design capabilities, and ability to develop digital product models with practical value.
Prior to the Final Round, Viettel Software had coordinated the organization of three online workshops to support competing teams in refining their thinking, methodology, and perspectives on applying AI in product development. At the Final Round, the teams presented their ideas, products, and solution models to the judging panel. Their presentations not only demonstrated students’ ability to approach new technologies, but also reflected their boldness, initiative, and aspiration to apply technology to solving real-life, business, and social challenges.

Accompanying the competition as the Gold Sponsor, Viettel Software brought practical perspectives from a technology enterprise to the evaluation, mentoring, and engagement process with the competing teams. Representing Viettel Software, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan – Deputy Director of the Technology Center – joined the judging panel, contributing to the assessment of ideas from the perspectives of technology, feasibility, and practical applicability.
At the program, Viettel Software representative Mr. Nguyen Hoang Quan delivered a sharing session on the role of innovation, AI, and next-generation software design capabilities in the context of businesses accelerating digital transformation. Through this, Viettel Software sought to inspire technology students to continue nurturing a learning mindset, proactively engage with real-world challenges, and gradually develop their professional capabilities.
