Discussion: How long do Viettel employees have to wait for their tasks to actually move forward?

August 19, 2026Viettel Software

Are you experiencing delays in responses or the processing of your work? Speak up under the topic "One task—how long the wait?" to ensure your feedback reaches the competent authorities for review and resolution.

With the theme “How Long Should One Task Take?”, the For a Better Viettel column aims to listen to the practical challenges faced by employees, working together with relevant departments and units to identify bottlenecks in processes, strengthen coordination, and promote faster and more effective resolution.

Each submission to the column will be compiled and forwarded to the competent department or unit for review, handling, and response in accordance with regulations. For issues that receive attention from a large number of employees, the column will continue to monitor and provide updates on the progress and outcomes of the resolution, so that both the submitters and the wider community can stay informed. This is not only a channel for raising difficulties encountered in daily work, but also a means of bringing bottlenecks to light, enabling them to be fully recognized and addressed.

To facilitate effective resolution, employees are encouraged to clearly describe the task or work they are facing difficulties with, how long they have been waiting, which step or stage the process is currently stuck at, how the delay is affecting work progress, and any proposed solutions that could help shorten the process. Submissions should focus on actual situations, processes, coordination mechanisms, and handling methods, without attributing blame or assigning responsibility to individuals.
